Feedback recorder app to swiftly gather customer feedback
An apparel store was running a feedback program where the staff would collect quick feedback from customers who tried on products at the store. To assist this program, the Feedback Recorder app was made for phone and tablet devices.
After a customer tries on a product, the assisting staff member selects the product in the app by either scanning its barcode or manually searching the store's database. The customer is then asked to share their thoughts about the product, which are recorded in the app as an audio clip of up to 100 seconds.
