A recorder app for retail staff to swiftly gather feedback from customers

PROBLEM

With growing customer visits, it was getting tedious for the staff in an apparel store to take feedback from customers after they try on products in the store.

This feedback has to be sent to the respective brands of the products, but there was no reliable system in place to make all this efficient.

SOLUTION

An app that takes product feedback as audio recordings and forwards them to the respective brands.

After a customer tries on a product, the assisting staff member selects the product in the app by either scanning its barcode or manually searching the store's product database. The customer is then asked to share their thoughts about the product, which are recorded in the app as an audio clip of up to 100 seconds.
